There’s a great line up of flavorful recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan, including one that is always a strike when I serve it to corporation. And the amazing carrot cake is a winner that you don’t want to miss.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding– This is a really easy and healthy dessert. I likewise really like this recipe made with canned coconut milk instead of almond milk. I do have to add a little more sweetener with the coconut milk though.
